Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order immediately after delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images or an unboxing video so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status
